Bull Hawgs Sauce
Bull Hawgs Sauce was created late one night after I had built my first cooker. I was cooking my first pork shoulders when I decided I needed a tasty sauce that would go well on pork. After tweaking several batches, Bull Hawgs sauce was born.
It was always my dream to have a resstaurant where I could share my love of cooking with other folks. That dream came true in 2003 when our restaurant opened in Pauline, SC.
Shortly afterward, my customers began to ask me to bottle my sauce or just sell them some to take home with them. The sauce has a lengthy cooking time and, until now, it would not have been possible to do this out of the store.
Bull Hawgs Sauce is especially delicious on pulled pork, but I have found that folks enjoy my sauce on just about anything. Some favorites are grilled BBQ shrimp and slow roasted chicken basted with Bull Hawgs Sauce. Oh, and it's great on pork chops too!
